Enhanced Attendance Percentage Computation

Now, you can reflect the attendance percentage in your report card and LMS. 

Mentioning attendance in your report card helps you show your students how regular attendance to the class makes a difference. 

Now, the system will display the attendance percentage for each subject separately. While, if subject-wise attendance is disabled, the system will show the attendance percentage for the overall class-section enrollment that the subject belongs to. 

Made Options for Enable / Disable Shipping Details in the E-commerce Module

Now, it’s your call whether you want to have the flexibility to choose whether you want to collect shipping information from your customer or not. 

Even if you enable the option, it’s not a mandatory field. You have the liberty to tick it as a required field or not. 

Introduced “External Link” Field in CRM forms

Now, you can include clickable URLs in the submissions and student profiles. It will enrich the students’ interaction with your platform. 

This “External Link” feature is available in the CRM forms and Student profile. 

Introduced Archive Tasks Feature

Seamless workflow is Classe365’s promise and we work hard to establish it for your organization. So, this year we introduced a feature to archive selected tasks in the Task Module. 

Click the archive icon to archive a task. This will remove the task from your active list and store it in the archive section for future reference. 

Added New Reports: Alerts and Pass Rate Report

This year, we have added two new reports:

Alerts Report – This report will extract the Student Alerts data for your active and inactive students.

Academic Session Selection when Enrolling Students from the CRM Module Made Easier

Administrators now have the flexibility to specify the Academic Session during student enrollment, eliminating the need for manual adjustments in the Form Settings. 

Those managing enrollments across multiple academic sessions will benefit from this particular feature. 

Admins can now manage enrollments for specific sessions, simplifying the enrollment process effortlessly. No matter whether it’s for the current academic term or future sessions.
